Return & Refund Policy (Dry Fruits, Nuts & Edible Seeds Products)

We take great care in ensuring the quality and hygiene of all our products. As these are food items, the following return and refund conditions apply:

1. No Return Policy:

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, products once delivered are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund may be provided.

3. Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

5. Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Quality Assurance:

All products are carefully packed and checked before dispatch to maintain freshness and quality.
